In today’s digital world, reviews matter. They matter more then you think.
Customers and potential customers will many often post reviews. Especially if they are not happy.
I used to call customer comment boxes in restaurants customer complaint boxes.
Human nature is to only post negative comments. It is just the way people are.
How do you get more postive reviews - ask for them.
If you have a customer who is really happy ask for them to post a review.
The more you ask the more you will get.
A question I get all the time from clients is should I answer reviews even the negative ones.
The question is always YES.
Treat negative comments as an opportunity to improve. I know you can not please everyone but the worse thing you can do is ignore people.
Always answer your reviews good or bad. This is a must!
